Challenge

Multi-channel video campaign for Medicare (AEP/OEP) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Built for TV, digital, and social platforms, these spots feature a modular design optimized for agent localization and personalized end-card CTAs.

Navigating health insurance is often perceived as a confusing, stressful chore, leading many individuals and families to settle for mismatched plans out of sheer frustration. The goal of this campaign was to reframe a complex, transactional enrollment process into an empowering, human-centric decision while clearly communicating practical, high-value benefits—like doctor matching and financial subsidies.

Its Your Coverage -
Lets Make It Count

An uplifting, human-centered narrative that shifts the focus from insurance logistics to personal protection. By breaking down dense ACA benefits into three relatable criteria (needs, family, and budget), the spot strips away the anxiety of health insurance and establishes immediate trust with the consumer.

Health Plans
Made Easy

A minimalist spot delivering immediate clarity by focusing on three key consumer pain points: plan comparison, doctor verification, and subsidy eligibility. It removes entry barriers to drive urgent action.

Medicare
Made Simple

A friendly and educational spot that directly tackles consumer anxiety by naming specific plans (Medicare Advantage, Medigap, prescription coverage) while promising a jargon-free experience. This narrative transforms a stressful chore into an empowering, supported decision that seamlessly drives viewers to a localized agent call-to-action.

Covered with
Confidence

A reassuring, everyday narrative that removes consumer pressure by framing the solution as "just a conversation." By validating the audience's doubts and highlighting specific, concrete benefits, the spot converts a stressful annual obligation into an easy, low-stakes chat.
